I've had issues with 360 photos disconnecting the camera and requiring a reboot (power off/on) of the camera nad force close the IOS app.

I want to move some scans to a different Floor (because they have been automatically misplaced) and when I open the Capture app on my iPad Pro it shows up "black" with the message on top saying "updating map". It is so frustrating...

Yes I had the same problem last Friday and had to turn on the Pro2 again

Yes I’m scanning now with the blk360 and the app constantly thinks it’s disconnected from camera, it’s not but to get back i restart the app almost ever time. I have powered down the iPad and reported up, not sure how to do a hard reboot? That’s about all that’s left to try. Otherwise restarting app is the work around
