Hi there, Anybody here got the project for scanning a huge building? I've one client asked me to scan a huge building, it's around 312.000 sqft. Who can share the experience with me? Thank you so much Marco |

@marcoastan Here are WGAN Forum discussions tagged: Large It's likely that Matterport is not the right solution to scan 312,000 SQ FT. If you still go forward with Matterport, It's likely that you would need to deliver a minimum of six models (at best). What are you trying to accomplish? Without knowing anything about your project, you might look at: Cupix Here's a solution that just got announced last week: REscan Dan |

@marcoastan iGUIDE might be a good solution for scanning the large spaces. Since it is way faster than MP (3000 sq ft house would take you about 1 hour with MP, while with iGUIDE it will take you 20 minutes). There are different ways of doing it and we have even scanned large spaces with two cameras at once and then combined the data from both and got a virtual tour, floor plan, and all the measurements. Not sure if it helps, let me know! Here's one of the examples for you. https://unbranded.youriguide.com/44_milne_ave_toronto_on |
