Has anyone sponsored a weekly pitch meeting that brokerages have? I am just finishing up an email campaign and I am beginning to look for new strategy's to market my business. I will be following up on my emails which will eventually lead to cold calling then brokers that did not respond to my email. I can't help but think the best way to acquire new clients (other than referrals) is to pitch them face to face while they explore virtual tour. | ||

My experience as a broker and photographer is that you join the local real estate REALTOR Association. Become an affiliate member, sponsor some classes or meetings. Show them what their future looks like and how badly they need what you offer. The industry is going through a paradigm shift in our favor. The big thing is cost vs value. Show them that their chances of getting both sides of the sale greatly increase using your service! Compared to the “old way”, your value just increased 10 fold. You become a necessity! You can use my experience that for one agent I have worked with, he sold his listing the day after I sent him his tour. The buyer saw it from “up North” and bought it without entering it! This has happened to him two times! He is a believer now! Go for it! |

@GFHoge Great advice. I am looking into becoming an affiliate. All the meetings are being done virtually for now. I guess it's time I start working on a powerpoint. | ||
