| Has anyone (or willing to share) an example of a Web hosting agreement/contract. I am looking at supplying scans to a website developer who creates sites for the Hotel/Resort industry. This agreement is to try and cover the ongoing annual charge by the photographer, to the Site developer and the impacts if either of us sells our businesses. Naturally looking at payment in advance for the hosting charges. Thanks for any insight and information given. |

| Why don´t you just have the webdeveloper setup the Matterport account and you provide the scanning services to his user? Invoices goes directly to him, you invoice the production costs and then you´re out of the loop? | ||
