When shooting video outside and moving around, what is the best way to avoid the brightness contrast from the Sun hitting the 2 lenses differently?

When I look at the video later and get a stitch line with one side lighter than the other.
When taking pictures I can angle the camera to be bladed into the Sun to eliminate this effect but that strategy is not feasible when moving and shooting video (ie. camera on a selfie stick while driving)

Yes. This is likely the challenge (without a solution).
