| I hate scanning when ANYONE else is there! Someone is going to wind up in a scan and it takes twice as long making sure the "coast is clear" so to speak. | ||

To me it's always preferable if no one is around. Like others said they tend to get in the way. I think it was @Property3dNZ who had the best comment. The matterport shoots out a lethal amount of radiation, and I only have one lead vest, so move  I've tried that a few times, but apparently the humor in the norther hemisphere isn't the same as the south.So yeah, ask them to leave, do your thing and move to the next job. |

| Well make sure you carry applicable liability insurance. I do like it when the agent meets me there and then sits in their car until I finish, and they check over everything and lock up. |

| As long as the seller and Listing agent agreed to have the property scanned there should not be a problem. Get permission in a email or writing not just verbal. Always good to have everything in writing. You Know just in case! | ||
