Help- Tour Freezes at Doorway to Room- Cannot enter.11508

| Hello. I am not sure what is wrong with my tour but there are two scans very close to a master bedroom. No matter what I do on workshop or even walking through the tour after publishing but I cannot get past and enter the bedroom. Any ideas on what is going on and how to fix it? | ||

| Did you open the door at the very last minute (previous scan with door closed within ±15 feet)? If not, like JonJ said, seeing the tour and map would help. Thanks! Matt |

 This is the screen grab showing the two scans leading into the master bedroom. The only weird thing that happened is a cloud moved out of the way and it became very bright in that spot. This is what happens when one tries to walk into the room.  This is the tour. | I would say to double-check the mirror work or the mirror above the fireplace to the left of the door. If that looks good, then I would delete the mirror Mark in the bathroom on the third floor just above the doorway on the second floor. Sometimes marks on one floor extend above and below to other floors. | ||
