How do you collect payment from your clients?11370

I am just starting to turn my photography/tour business into a full time venture. I have been manually using Paypal, but want to see what others use. I use my pixieset site to host my service info, get the appt, then generate an invoice via Paypal manually. For tours, which I have not done yet, I will have to manually send the tour to clients once payment is received.

Who has an efficient way to accomplish this?

I use Square. Clients have to pay CC fee.

GoFullFrame.com has a whole backend for photographers. ShowAndTour.com has an invoicing feature as well, but I have not used it (I have just begun to use their platform for asset delivery and single-property websites).

Others have been discussed on WGAN, but I just don't recall their names. Suffice to say, there are a 1/2 dozen worthwhile choices if you've outgrown PayPal for Business.

Any way that a client wants to pay!

Many years ago I did an industrial film for two guys who invested in a new product. The company went bust after they had only paid half. Turned out in their day job they were dentists. They offered to handle any dentistry I needed, and my longtime guy had just said I needed three wisdom teeth pulled, so I took them up on the offer! Whatdayaknow, they were better than my regular dentist and I essentially collected in full. True story.
