Dan --- - Welcome to the Baby Got Bot Channel where I am doing a special series on marketing and pivoting during the time of "Rona". In today's video, I'm sharing ideas for Realtors to keep their business going, even with lockdowns and extreme social distancing in place. Many of the ideas I'm gonna share today also can help your business in the future. So let's jump right in to today's ideas. Idea number one, go virtual. Just because the "Rona" is here does not mean that people need to stop moving. In fact, they are still moving. So when you have listings that need to be shown, you may wanna make it as easy as possible for people to take a look at your listings without having to set foot in the home, at least initially until they're sure. Virtual 3D tours are a great solution. Now, my friend Ryan, who is the team leader and a Realtor at Navigation Real Estate Group says that their company is ensuring that their agents have tools like Matterport and Asteroom that allow you to create 3D tours of your listings using a tech that well, every realtor should have in the back of their pocket. That's right, a smartphone. And even when life gets back to normal, utilizing 3D tours can help you close more deals. In fact, 3D tours close a sale 31% faster, and a four to 9% higher sales price. So use it now to help you decrease your time in person, and later to increase your commission. Along the lines of going virtual with 3D tours, you could also host virtual open houses. That is exactly what realtor Jennifer did. She's with Keller Williams and she needed to come up with a way to show off her new listings. She made up signs that pointed to a URL to join her virtually via Facebook Live on a specific day. During the live broadcast, she could show the home, answer questions. It's great. This also allowed her to have a video that she could point to other prospective buyers if they had missed the live session. Now, let's talk about idea number two, virtual consult that help your clients get ready for listing their home for sale, even when they're not exactly wanting to do it right now. Eventually life will go on. We will be back in the world buying and selling real estate. And when that time comes, you need to be able to help those listing items put their best foot forward by helping them take the steps now to repair. ...
