| Hi, I'm not a Matterport user yet, but I am very interested in using this technology for 3D models of buildings not yet constructed, ie, during the planning phase. Is it possible to upload my own 3D model of a building? My understanding is that the camera needs location data for each "scan" it creates, so it knows where that scan was taken within the overall geometry. Suppose I skipped the scan, and created my own 3D model and location data for upload. What file format is the model in, and how is the location data formatted? I'm hoping this can be a great way to make tours for buildings that don't yet even exist  Thanks! Duke |
