| Hi All, In this article ... Inman (4 March 2020) Redfin launches video home tours amid coronavirus worries ... Redfin CEO Glenn Kelman "announced the brokerage would offer on-demand video home tours for homebuyers worried about being exposed to COVID-19." '“Starting today, we’re letting homebuyers use that tool to ask the agent to conduct the tour virtually via video chat," says Glenn in this Inman article. That seems like a solution for home buyers. Seems like listing agents that do not include Matterport 3D Tours (first to get the listing) and then to "double-dip" and get the buyer, are missing out. What are you thoughts on why Redfin is not aggressively promoting Matterport? Once upon a time they did in their TV commercials! | Because using Matterport instead of a Realtor walking around with her phone would take planning and incur a cost. Just marketing hype to capitalize on a "crisis".
