@3DVirtuallyThere We provide a design and production management service which support any MSP who wish to work with VRPM. An Instant quote can be captured here: https://imagineerconsulting.io/matterport-tours-virtual-staging/ We begin with 30 scan points and virtually stage those. (£20 per scan point; $25 / €22.75) Upwards of 65 scan is (£18 per scan point; $22.75 / €20.46) We do not stage each and every scan in your tour, we select, with you the best areas to create a visually appealing experience for the user. For example a bedroom may have 4 scans in the tour you provide but to create a staged tour we can use 3 or even 2 on some occasions. It is therefore important to scan in those location points where you wish the user to have a good view of the room and be able to move in and around easily. Our price includes all the 3D objects required to stage the scene, management and production. We work with VRPM transparently to provide this service. Do let me know if you require anything else. Thank you, Angus |

@angusnorriss Can you collaborate a bit on the following "For example a bedroom may have 4 scans in the tour you provide but to create a staged tour we can use 3 or even 2 on some occasions." Does it mean that a model will have 1-2 spots in the bedroom where all virtual furniture will disappear? And let go to an extreme but not so rare example with open plan living where you have quite a big living space, dining and kitchen all in one space. Normally it can take 15-20 scans, so staging only half of them will leave half of them without staging, right? If you have done it before how end users respond to it? |

Having just some scan points with the virtual staging would keep things within MLS compliance.

The model is duplicated and some scans removed. You don’t end up with some scans staged and seem scans unstaged.
