| Hi everybody. Does anyone has an idea why sometimes it takes 3 to 4 hours to upload a tour to Cupix (10 to 15 panos, 15-20Mb total size) and sometimes 05 to 10 minutes? After 2 years using this platform, still don't understand this, and their Support is not clear. And no, it's not the internet connection. Thanks to all. |

| Hello! When uploading photos to Cupix, do you have multiple tabs open in one browser? Uploading to Cupix in one tab while working in another tab in the same browser will cause the upload to stop. Minimizing the browser will also stop the upload process. The best practice when uploading your photos to Cupix is to 1) Make sure the Cupix upload tab is displayed/selected if there are multiple tabs in the window, and 2) Make sure the upload browser is not minimized. If you need to use the internet while uploading photos to Cupix, you will need to open a new browser and use that to ensure your Cupix upload process is not suspended. |
