| What actually happens when taking an old tour (two years ago with no recent active views) and marking them "private"? The dialog prompt says, "This Space will only be available to you and your collaborators. Any links or embedded Spaces will no longer work." Does this action lower your tour count in terms of billing? Last, I am assuming the URL no longer works; does reenabling generate a new url? And is there a life cycle (six months, etc} for active tours before charging a service fee? Figure 2020 is a good time as any to roll out new policies! |

| It would be better if your account allows you to archive scans. THAT will reduce the number of tours for billing purposes, but is not available on the Traditional (Legacy) Account. Marking a scan as private does not affect the tour count. Best, Keith |
