Thanks Dan. RealMailer looked easy, however, its is a generic mailer. I would like to send postcard to Real Estate agents and not everyone in certain area. RELA also not really what I am looking for. I already had a post card I designed and already have a provider for single property website. |

@Astroprojector Do you have a relationship with a local real estate agent with access to the MLS? If yes, great, negotiate a fair service charge and have them pull a list of contact info, including current email addresses in an Excel format. Then, subscribe to a bulk email service, like Mail Chimp or Similar, then send emails instead of designing post-cards and licking stamps! |

@bryanhscott Forgot to add that any real estate agent with MLS access can access and download full contact info for all agents by zip, city, county, etc. This list will also include property managers by default, because they are required to be licensed R.E. agents in most states as well. Good luck with it! |

I am sure you can buy this list but I am not sure mailing is a good idea. I can purchase a list of over 1000 agents in my city for like $40. However if I start sending them postcards I will spend only $1200 on stamps. I think emailing them through Mailchimp will cost at least 10 times less.

I tried emailing before. Spend $180 to email 4 times to agent with 15 mile radius. Got 2 leads.
