Hi All,

The WGAN Forum Question of the Day for Sunday, 12 January 2020:

What is your minimum work order?

This question is inspired by the following post by @bryanhscott in this WGAN Forum discussion.

As well, I have a new section called, "Agent-Assist," which includes items that help the agent complete their MLS listings, pick-up deliver and plant their yard signs and open house directional signs, create and place their printed brochures, perform vacant house and pre-listing inspections and other tasks that typically take time out of the agent's day that I can easily do while on premise doing the shoot.

Best,

Dan

@bryanhscott No, worries. With time and mileage to get to and from a job it is only reasonable to have a minimum fee.

If you need to get a plumber or a HVAC technician to you home they to often have minimums

Admittedly I’m in a market with higher cost of living, but my minimum is $500 and clients are very happy. On smaller homes I typically deliver professional HDR, drone shots, plus a 360° NodalView tour, all in a WP3D website. For most, I also upload photos and links to the MLS.

I believe it’s imperative that we resist the race to the bottom, and that enough clients care about quality if you deliver it to them. Quality begets referrals.

@Home3D I have broker load for most of the agents I work with. But, even for those I do not I takes the extra steps to make sure that the services in which I provided are being used to their fullest potential
