Add on to what? 3-D tours work and they sell. Any realtor that is not using is not giving their customers 100% service. in my opinion. | ||

@DanSmigrod My new rate card promotes pre-made packages, which center on the tour first, with add-ons being something else, like DSLR photos or video, drone photos or video. Clients can still order ala carte and build their own package, but my minimum work order amount is set at $250. As well, I have a new section called, "Agent-Assist," which includes items that help the agent complete their MLS listings, pick-up deliver and plant their yard signs and open house directional signs, create and place their printed brochures, perform vacant house and pre-listing inspections and other tasks that typically take time out of the agent's day that I can easily do while on premise doing the shoot. |
