Matterport Pro2 goes back to warming up mode10645

Hi any solution to this, not all the time but at various shoots the camera goes into warming up mode. I shut down and switch on again and away I go again. Any answers please

Hi

I'm having same problem too. And also the capture times out after the scan. And now the iPad shows its connected and app says its not. Just in last week or so.

I've always had that problem - even with the old Pro1. For me, it has always occurred after scanning for awhile, which has led me to think that it could be a shut-down due to overheating. But I have no basis to know that for sure.
