| Hi, Please check the atteched video. I am scanning a small hotel. I moved some scans from one floor to another. Finally i had no scan in that floor. When i press floor button to go another floor, capture program closes. I can not continue to the job. Has anyone had that iessue? Any suggestion? |

| Hi Dan, Thanks for ypur quick replay. I checked all options but does not worked. I had this before but i was at the end of the scan. It happens especially when you transfer scans from one floor to another and delete some of them. |

| @alirizacil Ah! If you delete a critical scan for the construction of the Matterport model, that's likely the problem. I always recommend NOT deleting scans, unless a scan shows up in the wrong place and delete it immediately. Before deleting any scans, best practice is to duplicate the model first. Why were you deleting scans? Unfortunately, it sounds like you may have to start over. Dan |
