I believe that if the window was open with more natural light it would have been better but I suspect an over exposure. I expoted to 5.7K with max bit rate. 😊

It should show a 360 photo not a black screen. You can try to unpublish it and try it again. If it is a camera model or specific app problem you are better to find their group on Facebook and ask them. I can see sometimes sharp photos done with it but most including mine just seem to be out of focus a lot. As for a video I would not even call it 4K, it really looks like it is HD if not less. I have shown it here with my robot tank. It could be a great camera but in reality it seems to be a big screw up by Kandao.

Ben Claremont on Insta360 One X2 DanSmigrod 4 4 yearslilnitsch (5698): @DanSmigrod If the image quality hasn't improved within the Matterport ecosystem I still would recommend the Ricoh Theta V or Z1 as the image quality is far better & they work for shooting Zillow 3D home tours (the Insta360 do not work) Ricoh's SC2 still isn't working with matterport similar crashing issue.
