| Does anyone know of any issues with Matterport processing. I have 3 jobs that have been processing for 30 hours now. I've never seen it take that long before. | ||

| I suggest you make some minor adjustment (e.g. slightly move some trim lines) and re-upload. I think when Matterport did their system maintenance yesterday it affected models that were processing. I had one that was taking over 30 hours and did a small tweak to the trim lines and re-uploaded and the new upload is already processed a few hours later whereas the first one is still spinning it’s wheels. |

| @Queen_City_3D Thanks...I was considering doing that but am afraid if it may just slow the process even more. If they don't finish processing in the next 2 hours, I will be re-uploading. | ||

| I did re-upload all 3 scans and they were finished in a few hours...the original 3 are still processing. Thanks everyone. |
