Is anyone else having issues with the latest app update? The load time for scans from Pro2 to ipad pro is taking 3-4 times as long as before the update. It also freezes the tablet if you try to select Memory & Storage on the main menu. Is anyone having similar issues? Any remedies? |

@WallsCouldTalk Have you tried rebooting the iPad ~ I know it sounds stupid but, sometimes the simplest solutions do work |

I am having other issues since the update. Rooms that I have already scanned and that appear perfect, will suddenly change to having black holes and other data loss areas when I move into and begin scanning another room. I don't understand why this is happening, but I assume it's due to some app bug. Has anyone else been experiencing this? |
