Vimeo autoplay not working in matterport link: something change?15453

| I am suddenly having issues with my videos from Vimeo not automatically playing when hovering over the mattertag. It seems to be a recent thing and now effects all my models that previously autoplayed. I am sure I have changed a setting or something in Vimeo……….any advice welcome please | ||

| There have been some problems with Matterport today and models not refreshing. Vimeo, I believe, goes through embedly and the problem could be there. Hopefully temporary. | ||

| Been looking further into it. All mine seem to be ok. Vimeo changed the interface not so long ago. I assume that you are using a paid account? I have Plus which is not expensive. Do you have a standard preset that you use for all videos? But you have to do a lot of actions to change a preset. Refresh and perhaps clear cache and see if it still does it. |

| Thanks for your reply Charles it made me investigate further, turns out it was a setting change in my browsers that limited autoplay and therefore effected the matterport model. Now all working great!!! I’m producing a model for Team GB that links to selling NFT’s through the model, looking forward to sharing with the group! | ||
