So, I've been looking for a floor plan solution that doesn't charge per plan. RoomScan Lidar isn't perfect, but for $3.99 per month, the ability to automatically attach rooms and assets on the fly make it a winner in my book. I've been playing around with it for a bit in my iPad Pro and it really is decent. It will most likely require some editing in your favorite graphics program but I don't think a whole lot once you get the hang of it. No cloud nonsense, you export PDF, OBJ, more right from your device. |

It does not seem to be reliable. It crashes on adding walls. With my living room it has crashed on the 7th wall added. | ||

there is a review that states the same. I do not think whoever made this app have realised that rooms can be very complex. The one it's crashed on is our living room and it has 11 walls. It's crushed on the one of two that surround stairs. | ||
