This episode covering virtual tour sales scripting was a doozy. I cover a couple of things:
- The script I used to get a meeting with a car dealership and closed the deal
- The books that I used that help me sharpen my sales skills and write this script
- A run-through of the script and breaking down some smaller parts and explaining why they work.

I’ve been asked to cover more sales-oriented stuff because scripting for virtual tours sales is tough. This is by no means the best script that I’ve ever written, and this was written early in my career; however, in the video after this one I will be sharing the same script that ended up getting us a $4,000 contract last summer in a bigger city.
