| Good morning, Did a scan yesterday but have a few quirks. first there are 2 closets, a pantry on first floor and linen cloest on second floor, that scanned fine but do not show up on floorplan. They show up as filled areas on the Ipad but they are black holes on the showcase. Second, I cant get through doors to porch. No marked windows above etc. Curiously enough, i can back into the porch from the scans on either side of the door and once there i can move straight back into the living room. I would attach the showcase for your review but i cannot find the workshop URL. Did it change with Showcase 2? |

| As i continue to play with the model. it is interesting that I can get to the porch through the 2 marked windows on either side of the door but not the unmarked door.??? | ||

| Hi There It sound to me without seeing an image from your SC that you are seeing bright sunlight looking out to the porch and MP doesn't like bright sunlight or in this case IR so it won't connect the scan or let you walk through to the porch. If you try backup the job and then deleting the offensive scan that sees the sunlight it may work but it's difficult to tell without actually seeing your job. Sorry I can't help you with the two closets without see these Please let me know how you make out with these problems |

| Your door was closed, you would need to delete the scans that have the show the door closed to get through the door. You always need to have doors open if they're in sight of the camera. | ||

| Thsnks for looking at it Gary, Typically i shoot the whole living room and them open the door, scan and then move into the porch and scan and have not had any problems. Have never had an issue with the front door, although i always start with it open and then close it when I am 2 or 3 scans away. At this point even more perplexed as to why i can move through marked windows |
