I haven't used Rela in a long time, and even then it was only under an agent plan. As a photographer I'm currently a subscriber to Aryeo, and have been with them for about 4 years. They offer a lot of similar options such as media delivery, scheduling with calendar sync, QuickBooks sync, Stripe integration, Interactive Floor Plans, Auto Image Resizing, and on and on. Key differences...... Rela's property websites are by far more appealing and have better tools such as the Open House scheduler that auto updates as they pass. However their pricing doesn't make sense to me as a photographer. I'll go into detail at the end. I haven't had any issues with Aryeo except for maybe a couple random errors over time that were system wide and corrected within 24 hours. Since Zillow purchased them they've added a few features that actually have been beneficial to me and steered new clients my way. They also offer a custom app to provide to clients that's white labeled, but it's $179/month and just not cost effective for me at my current size. 1. All my clients listings on Zillow now include HD images that remove the MLS watermark and have my branding below the image with a direct link to my website for other agents to find/book me. Best part is none of this affects my pricing. Zillow has no say in what I charge even if the agents are funneled through them. ![]() 2. I'm not sure how else to enroll as a Zillow Showcase Photographer, but since I'm with Aryeo it was as easy as enabling the feature and completing my profile. So when any agent participating in the program looks to book a photographer I pop up. I actually just picked up a new client this week from this. ![]() PRICING: Both services are $99/month to start, except RELA charges an extra $25/month for a store front, (Payment Processing, Lock Media Until Invoice Paid, Custom Products & Packages, Customer Order Form, Staff Account Permissions, Booking Calendar and Syncing). All of this is included with Aryeo at no extra charge. Also you only get 5 property website per month, then it's $10 per property site or $3 per media delivery. So your cost can really start to add up. What I don't understand under an agent plan is you get 25 active property sites per month. 5 times that of the photographer plan. If this were the case for a photographer plan I may swap, but as of now that makes no sense. So here's an example of cost between the two for me from last month. I had 13 shoots last month which 7 of had property websites. With Aryeo I'm still at the same price of $99/mo. However with Rela it would be a different story. $99/month for Pro plan, $25/month for my store front, $20 for the additional two property sites, $18 for the additional 6 media only deliveries. So a total monthly cost of $162 for June. A 62% increase over my current cost with Aryeo. Hope this helps. |

I really appreciate you taking the time to share your insights—it was incredibly helpful and gave me a lot to think about. I’ve already taken the step to migrate to Aryeo, and the onboarding team has been fantastic so far. I’ll be sure to keep you updated on any new developments as I move forward. | ||

@Buster6070 - I've never used Aryeo or any similar service, but I'm intrigued by something you've explained here. You say this can be set up so that your photos (maybe videos as well?) display, just below on the right, your logo or name or such with a clickable link to your website. Would you be so kind as to share with me one or two examples of currently live property listings so I can see this identification and click the link(s) to try it out? This seems like a justifiable reason to pay for such a service. It's a form of advertisiing so agents know who does great work. Thanks so much. |

@Home3D Sorry for the delay, WGAN forum updates started going to my Spam for some reason and just realized it. Here you go. You have to click into the picture and on mobile the HD at the bottom. No judging, haven't updated my site in a while, lol. https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/7609-Evers-Blvd-Cheyenne-WY-82009/66653233_zpid/?utm_campaign=androidappmessage&utm_medium=referral&utm_source=txtshare One thing I don't like and have communicated to Aryeo is it crops portrait photos. Makes no sense since Zillow and even their Showcase displays them fine. |
