I created a video pitch to realtors that's on my website home page. It's nine minutes of local Northern California statistics that I compiled by looking at the MLS listings in my area and what kind of media agents were using. The video is part way down the page here: 9-Minute Video Additionally, I created a 13-episode mini-series that dives into deeper related topics, targeting realtors with some marketing insights. The series can be subscribed to at the bottom of my home page to receive an episode each morning. Or the entire series playlist can be viewed here: Mini-Series Playlist |

The real estate photography/3d tour/floor plan market has yet to be awoken. It's a gold mine for those willing to make calls and tell agents I have some visual assets that can help you sell your house faster for one more money and attract new clients.

Where are these stats pulled from besides VHT? Matterport has put out stats before that reference a global survey they've personally put out. These just look like they're pulled from a media company.
